Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship with Clients: Prospecting for new corporate clients through various channels, nurturing existing relationships, and acting as a primary point of contact.
- Understanding client needs and requirements to provide Advertising solutions and customized proposals.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
- Market Awareness: Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular sales reports on performance and market trends to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate Like BBA, B.Sc. BA / MBA only
- Experience: Proven B2B sales experience is typically required, especially in the industry the company operates in.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and closing deals.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
- Market Knowledge: must be from Lucknow Prefer.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events, such as trade shows and conferences
