Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and experience handling government tenders. This role involves managing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and client relationships with a focus on growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Handle and manage government tender processes effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or an MBA (preferably in Marketing or Healthcare Management).
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare products/services and the government tendering process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
