Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, architects, and consultants.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients as required.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction chemicals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Gurugram / Haryana market is an advantage.
