We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie- Halwai to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu development and tasting to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
