Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to support and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements within our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of compliance processes, labor laws, safety standards, and statutory documentation applicable to the facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., labor laws, EHS norms, PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure timely filing of statutory returns and licenses.
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and outsourced vendors to ensure compliance requirements are met across all locations.
- Maintain compliance trackers and MIS reports accurately.
- Follow up on pending documentation and statutory renewals.
- Support in the implementation of compliance-related training and awareness programs.
- Escalate non-compliance issues and support corrective action processes.
- Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
