Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has completed or is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and has experience through articleship or working in a finance/accounting function. While we are not looking for a fully qualified CA, a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience in finance operations is essential. In addition to core finance responsibilities, the selected candidate will also support administrative and executive assistant functions, contributing to smooth office operations and senior management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and managing expense trackers.
  • Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, and reimbursement processing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and CA firms as needed.
  • Maintain compliance-related documentation including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
  • Assist the leadership team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups as part of executive assistant support.
  • Ensure timely documentation and support during audits or financial reviews.

What Are We Looking For?

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and taxation principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Tally or similar accounting software.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and support ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books, RazorpayX, Google Workspace is a plus.

Experience:

  • Currently pursuing CA or completed articleship with 1–2 years of work experience in a finance/accounting role.
  • Exposure to administrative or executive assistant responsibilities is preferred.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments will be an advantage.
