About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Finance Executive
with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be based in
Gurgaon
and ready to join
immediately
in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
  • Handle daily bookkeeping and data entry
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing processes
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Assist with audits and tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Collaborate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar)
  • Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Must be based in
    Gurgaon
    and available to
    join immediately
