Role Overview:

The Finance Executive – IT Invoice Processing will be responsible for managing end-to-end

invoice operations related to IT vendors. This includes ensuring accurate invoice validation,

timely processing, coordination with internal IT and finance teams, and maintaining compliance

with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Process and validate IT-related invoices (hardware, software, AMC, service contracts,

etc.) as per PO and GRN.

● Coordinate with IT, procurement, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure

timely invoice submission.

● Maintain and track invoice status from submission to payment release.

● Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit compliance for all IT invoices.

● Support monthly closing activities and provide accurate accrual data.

● Reconcile vendor statements and follow up for any pending credits or adjustments.

● Prepare MIS reports on invoice aging, TAT, and payment status.

● Work closely with the finance team to streamline P2P processes.

● Support internal and external audits related to IT finance transactions.

Required Skills:

● Strong understanding of invoice and payment processing workflows.

● Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.

● Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional interaction.

● Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

● Attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

● Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
