Role Overview:

Ten 11 Hospitality, a rapidly growing hospitality brand managing premium executive lounges across India, is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounts function at our Head Office in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, Compliance ecosystem, budgeting, audits, MIS reporting, and ensure fiscal efficiency across multiple business units. This is a key leadership role directly supporting senior management and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Build and lead the accounts & Finance team (Accounts,Compliance officers,MIS Analysts)
  • Implement robust accounting controls IND AS reporting and internal audit systems
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, EPF,ESI,Company Act, etc.).
  • Liaise with external auditors ,banks and Consultants for Credit ,Loans and Statutory audits to ensure timely audits and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and expense controls.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and lounge units to ensure proper financial alignment.
  • Implement financial systems, processes, and dashboards for transparency and efficiency.
  • Report directly to the senior management (MD).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA Qualified / M.Com with strong accounting foundation.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Hospitality or Service Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent command of Excel (MIS dashboards, pivot tables, MIS analytics).
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and audit processes.
  • Leadership qualities with attention to detail and integrity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for management reporting.
