Defined Responsibilities and Accountabilities

a) Handle the financial and accounting activities at head office Gurgaon of the projects across multiple locations of the organization.

b) Monitor and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department.

c) Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

d) Monitor and analyse accounting data; prepare financial statements and reports.

e) Coordinate and complete annual audits.

f) Prepare financial reports reflecting the organizations financial position, revenue, and expenditures.

g) Support project implementation, monitoring, and capitalization of fixed assets.

h) Track expenses against approved budgets and report deviations promptly.

i) Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, FCRA, PF, and ESI regulations, including preparation and filing of relevant returns and assessments.

j) Coordinate and facilitate Finance & Accounts team and assist in Management Board (MB) meetings.

k) Assist in Trust related work, management board meetings, and the preparation and implementation of various SoPs.

l) Liaise with sponsoring agencies and ensure compliance with their requirements.

m) Undertake any other assignments as directed by the Head of organisation.
