Job Title:

Manager Projects - PMO

Primary Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing the AdS Work transfer/Landing systems/GMTS PMO team

- Accountable for work transfer Gate process handled by GETC team

- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good presentation and MS Excel Skills
- Responsible for PMO growth strategy and planning for program/portfolio scope/schedule/budget for technology, sustenance, work transfer projects

- Responsible to drive , standardize and governance of project metrics for technology projects including EVMS and drive root cause analysis for variances.
-Works with the different Advanced Structures SBU leadership team to define and drive the product line roadmap and ensure efficient Project execution to meet customer and business needs
- Responsible for supporting appropriate technical staffing and assignment
-Responsible for supporting to adherence to budget, schedule and risk management
-Responsible for supporting associated certifications, Audits including releases of required artifacts

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors or master's Degree in Engineering

- Operations & Supply chain Exposure
years of relevant experience in Project management/ Technology Projects management/ Leading Cross functional team

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or any other Management Degree    

- Project Management Certifications- PMP/Agile Certifications
