We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager PMO to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: IT Service Manager

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Project Management processes and project structure.
  • Working together with the Project Team to organize and derive tasks.
  • Tracking the tasks to make sure completion on time.
  • Communication co-ordination
  • Stakeholder management
  • Alignment and status update to the Program PMO
  • Onboarding new stakeholders and making sure they are aligned with the processes.

Skills:

  • Project Management Experience

  • Software projects, ITSM- IR service management

  • Experience in maintaining and defining efficient Project Management Processes

  • Reporting & tracking KPI.
  • Knowledge and working experience in an Agile environment.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Managing multiple stakeholders
