  3. Tools: MS Project, Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint

  4. Process Improvement: ITIL, ITSM, Root Cause Analysis

Additional Guidelines :

Shift timings- 5:30 pm to 2:30 am (US shift) Pick up and drop facility available

There will be a F2F drive in their Bangalore office.

Job Description

1.End-to-end project lifecycle management (Agile,Waterfall, sprint panning, Jira)

Exp working on Managed Infra/End user/Cloud based Projects

Ability to manage medium and large IT projects under timeline pressure and within budget

Ability to communicate across all level of an organization

Ability to lead a diverse team from multiple functions of the organization

Vendor Management skills

Manage complete lifecycle of project - Initiation to Closure

Responsible for planning, tracking milestones, activity schedules, issue resolution, resourcing, costs, risk mitigation etc.

Develop, Execute & Track various plans

Coordinate with various teams & stakeholders and track project activities to ensure timely delivery

Vendor Management for sourcing Resources, hardware, connectivity, OS and software licenses etc.

Periodic Reporting

Obtain user feedback and make sure their issues, concerns are resolved

Effective project handover for Steady State Operations (Project Closure)

Travel to client site as required
