We are currently seeking a PMO - Manager PMO to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Provide domain expertise in vehicle contract implementation, execution, and administration. Lead negotiation of complex vehicle contracts and manage contract change control processes. Analyze vehicle contract special provisions, terms, and legal compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert for vehicle contract policies and procedures. Guide cross-functional business teams on contract strategy and risk mitigation. Mentor junior contract professionals and provide formal training in vehicle contract management. Collaborate with legal and finance departments on disputes, compliance, and contract modifications. Develop and maintain vehicle-specific contract templates and procedures aligned with corporate goals. Lead and participate in strategic contract opportunities related to vehicles or related business units. Drive continuous improvement in vehicle contract policies and contract lifecycle processes.
