Job Description PMO Executive / PMO Analyst (Supply Chain, Engineering & Operations)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 03 years

Ideal Background: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/ Electrical/ ECE/ Industrial) or Tier-2 B School (Operations/ General Management)

Role Summary We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented PMO Executive to support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple cross-functional initiatives. The role involves owning the PMO tracker, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely milestone closures, and enabling smooth project governance. You will work directly with the Product Manager/PMO Lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Tracking & Governance - Maintain and update master PMO dashboards, trackers, and milestone sheets. - Track onboarding, execution, and offboarding stages across all active projects. - Monitor daily progress, flag delays, and escalate risks proactively.

2. Documentation & Reporting - Prepare daily/weekly project status reports for leadership review. - Ensure timely documentation MOMs, timelines, action logs, project closure reports. - Standardise templates and project workflows.

3. Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, procurement, and vendor teams. - Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely milestone completion. - Support in client communication for updates, clarifications, or documentation.

4. Process Improvement

-Identify gaps in project execution and propose improvements.

  • Automate repetitive tasks (basic Sheets/Excel, workflow optimisation). - Maintain version control and governance standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, trackers, and dashboards. - Good understanding of project management fundamentals. - Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and follow structured processes. - Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Basic understanding of engineering workflows or interest in learning.
