Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services
  • Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and generate new leads through outbound calling efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles involving outbound calling
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
