Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Ghaziabad. Responsibilities include contacting potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves providing after-sales customer support and participating in continuous skill-building and product training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience for building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • A proven ability to achieve Sales targets and close deals
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and skill-development sessions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
