Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be a key growth driver — expanding Zarkha's partner network, strengthening boutique and reseller collaborations, and leading marketing-driven initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and onboard boutiques, resellers, and affiliate partners across regions.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborations, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
Coordinate with photography, catalogue, and content teams for product showcasing.
Track leads, performance data, and conversions via CRM or Google Sheets.
Contribute to Zarkha's offline & online branding activities, exhibitions, and shoots.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle business development.
Proven expertise in marketing strategy, client acquisition, and brand partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Strong understanding of the fashion ecosystem — boutiques, resellers, and influencers.
