Roles & Responsibilities
For Student Counsellors (Freshers & Experienced)
Guide students about abroad education options, courses, and universities
Handle walk-in & online counselling sessions professionally
Maintain high conversion rates from enquiry to application
Build strong rapport with students & parents
Stay updated with international education trends, intakes & requirements
Follow up on leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email
For Backend / Operations / CRM Executives
Manage student records and maintain accurate databases
Update applications on the portal and track application statuses
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation accuracy
Assist counsellors & management with daily reports
For Admissions & Application Officers
Prepare and review applications for different universities
Check eligibility, required documents, and entry requirements
Communicate with universities for updates
Ensure error-free application submission and timely follow-ups
For Telecallers / Lead Management
Call, follow up, and convert inquiries into appointments
Maintain call logs and lead records on CRM
Share program information clearly and confidently
For Business Development Executives
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and agents
Promote new universities added to our portfolio
Achieve monthly business targets
Represent Abroad Eduversity in events, fairs, and seminars
For Digital Marketing Executives
Manage social media, content, student engagement posts
Run campaigns and assist in email/WhatsApp marketing
Coordinate with the marketing team on leads & promotions

Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management skills
