Hiring: Business Development Manager (Agency Partner Channel)

Locations:

Maximum CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Designation: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Industry: Life Insurance – Agency Partner Channel (APC)

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage & develop Agency Partners for business growth.
  • Drive sales targets through Agency Partners.
  • Provide training, motivation & support to partners to improve productivity.
  • Ensure month-on-month business growth in line with company goals.
  • Maintain strong market relationships & build a reliable partner network.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in APC (Agency Partner Channel)

Experience in Life Insurance industry

Minimum ₹25,000 yearly incentive must have been earned

Graduation is mandatory (No diploma holders)

Profiles NOT Eligible

⨯ Candidates from Broker channels (e.g., RenewBuy, PolicyBazaar, etc.)

⨯ Candidates from Banca / Bank / Direct Channel
