Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing, inquiries, or referrals.
  • Explain course details, curriculum, pricing, career outcomes, and enrollment process.
  • Assess the learner's goals and match them with the right program.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture them until conversion.
  • Maintain CRM records with call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedule.
