Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Telesales based in Ghaziabad. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a telesales team, drive sales performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, setting performance targets, monitoring daily activities, addressing customer inquiries, and developing strategies to meet organizational sales goals. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate sales records for reporting purposes.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
