Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role, with strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in sending professional emails to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Draft and send professional emails to customers regarding quotations, product details, follow-ups, and support.
- Maintain and update customer databases using Excel and CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated via calls, emails, or marketing campaigns.
- Prepare basic sales reports, data entry, and documentation using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer responses and order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting, etc.).
- Experience in composing and sending professional emails to clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer interaction and sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems.
- Knowledge of the fabrication or industrial product sector is an advantage.
