Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Team Leader – Solar Sales
to oversee and drive our direct sales operations in
Ghaziabad
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C field sales, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Solar Consultants to achieve monthly sales and order targets.
  • Conduct joint field visits to support team members in customer interactions and deal closures.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track conversion rates, and ensure lead-to-sale efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in direct/B2C field sales; at least 3 year in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy or consumer durables sector is an advantage.
