Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and coaching a team to achieve sales targets, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves developing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and supporting their professional growth to optimize outcomes.

- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong abilities in Customer Service
- Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
