Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Insider Sales role based in Ghaziabad. The Insider Sales professional at PARTYWITTY will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential clients, understanding their party planning requirements, and pitching the best packages. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, managing inquiries, providing sales support, and closing deals with exceptional customer service. Candidates will also collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and optimize overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue, meet targets, and manage end-to-end sales processes.
- Ability to deliver Training sessions to colleagues and/or clients as needed to enhance expertise and performance.
- High interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools for effective sales management and lead tracking is a plus.
