Job Vacancy: Inside Sales & Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team and handle incoming business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Calling verified leads provided by JustDial and other platforms.
  • Customer Engagement: Explaining our services/products to potential clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Follow-ups: Maintaining a regular follow-up schedule to convert leads into active customers.
  • Reporting: Updating the daily call status and maintaining a lead database in Excel/CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Prior experience in sales or telecalling is a plus (Freshers are also welcome).

Job Details:

  • Location: Rajnagar Ext Ghaziabad.
  • Salary: 11, Performance-based Incentives.
  • Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.
