**Job Title**: Inside Sales Associate
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
**Department**: Sales / Business Development
**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify inbound leads and determine the potential for sales by assessing customer needs and understanding their pain points.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present the company’s products or services to prospective clients over phone calls or online meetings, demonstrating the value and benefits tailored to their needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring positive engagement throughout the sales process.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with prospects on a regular basis to keep the sales process moving forward, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
- **Sales Closing**: Work to close sales, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and drive revenue growth for the company.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, strategies, and messaging that will help drive sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends, to provide informed recommendations to prospects.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, market feedback, and any potential challenges or opportunities.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**For Freshers**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Sales Interest**: Passion for sales and a desire to build a career in inside sales or business development.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to listen to client needs and identify the best solutions to address their challenges.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales software. Basic knowledge is an advantage but not required.
- **Motivation & Drive**: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets and success.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar client-facing sales role.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.
- **CRM Expertise**: Proficient in using CRM systems to track sales activities, manage opportunities, and analyze sales performance.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and engage with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Experience handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services, with the ability to tailor presentations to meet specific client needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads and sales opportunities at once.
