Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Franchise Sales

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on franchise sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our franchise network.

**Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads and assess their suitability for franchise ownership based on predetermined criteria.

Educate prospects about our franchise opportunities, benefits, and requirements.

Address inquiries and objections from prospects to alleviate concerns and facilitate decision-making.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system regularly.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and progress to sales manager.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in franchise sales or a related field.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.

Willingness to learn about our franchise offerings and industry trends.
