We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Telecaller for Ghaziabad, hiring passionate sales professionals to drive growth in the IT industry.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
- Explain products or services to customers and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Work closely with the sales or support team to improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with telecalling scripts and company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements & Skills:

- 1 year experience required as telecaller.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative in IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM tools.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding client responses and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
