**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Follow up on leads, handle queries, and build strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and share call reports, feedback, and insights to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure professionalism and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduate/12th Pass (as per company requirement).
- **Experience Range**: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
