Responsibilities

Ø Inside Sales/Telesales Manager is to manage the telesales team and make them to pitch our product offerings to them.

Ø Calling/ Making Whats App for payments reminders to the parties.

Ø Development of effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets for the Sales Representatives.

Ø Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies of Sales person with the Distributors/

Ø Analyzing the performance of the Distributors.

Ø Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports

Ø Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone

Ø Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database

Ø Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference

Requirement
Gender: Female only (within Ghaziabad)

Education: BBA/MBA/Any Degree
Experience: 2-3 years in Sales Coordination

**Salary**: 1,20,000 to 1,44,000 per year + Incentives

Job Location: Ghaziabad

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
