**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales
- Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria
- Explain product or service features and benefits
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Update customer information in the database system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset

Education and Certifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required to become a Sales Representative. A certificate or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits The salary of a Sales Representative varies depending on experience, skills, and location.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
