Pre - Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries from various channels (website, walk-ins, online portals, campaigns).
Make outbound calls to generate interest and qualify prospective buyers.
Provide project details, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential clients.
Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist sales managers in achieving monthly lead-to-sales conversion targets.
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure leads are nurtured properly.
Provide feedback on campaigns and customer interactions for strategy improvement.
Ensure excellent customer experience through professional communication.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales.
Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
