Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products (personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, etc.), generating leads, and building client relationships to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Explain different loan products and eligibility criteria to prospective clients.
- Assist clients with documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and financial partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce, or Finance preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in sales (loan/financial sector experience preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and credit assessment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
