About the Role:

We're looking for a poised and personable Sales Executive to join our boutique real estate team in Goa. This role is about more than selling homes — it's about helping people discover a space that reflects their idea of beauty, calm, and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with HNI and NRI clients.
  • Conduct private walkthroughs and articulate the villa's design story.
  • Understand client aspirations and curate the right villa experience.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the marketing and operations teams.
  • Represent the brand with warmth, discretion, and sophistication.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Refined presentation and an understanding of design and aesthetics.
  • Strong follow-up skills with an eye for detail.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Goa.
