Role & responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily operations and team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Allocate tasks and manage work flows efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Identify and implement improvements for smoother operations.
- Evaluate new processes and provide insights.
- Summarize key insights for operational action.
- Recommend data-driven process changes.
- Create reports, summaries, and fact sheets.
- Ensure timely completion and execution of task.
- Upskill junior employees based on audit findings.
- Categorize DSATs to identify process gaps.
- Track individual and team performance metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
5-9 years of experience of client escalation management, team management. Fluent English communication.
