Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Team Leader with a background in Service Based Industry . You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales executives, driving sales performance, and enhancing overall customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a telesales/inside sales team.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team training sessions
  • Address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze team metrics and implement strategies for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • 1–2 years in a leadership/team management role
  • Industry experience in Service Based Sector preferred
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
