Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader based in Mumbai. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that service delivery meets our standards. Additionally, the Team Leader will mentor and support team members, manage inventory, and handle customer feedback and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Operations, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management capabilities
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
