Team Leader - (Sales (US Home Security Process)-WFO

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Team Leader
to manage and drive performance in our international BPO's
US home security process
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of sales agents, optimizing conversions, and ensuring sales targets are met.

1.     
Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.

·      Drive high conversion rates for both inbound and outbound sales.

·      Implement sales strategies to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

·      Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

·      Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.

·      Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.

·      Making daily & monthly reports maintain the SLAs of team.

2)Required Skills:

·      
At least 1 year of experience
as a
Team Leader in Sales
(INTERNATIONAL BPO MUST).

·      Strong understanding of
sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be analytical and detail oriented.

·      should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.

·      Ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

·      Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting
