Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.

  2. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

  3. Maintain PF & ESI registrations, monthly contributions, and employee claims.

  4. Update employee KYC and ensure statutory compliance.

  5. Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.

  6. Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.

  7. Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

  8. Assist in exit process and full & final settlement.

  9. Prepare HR MIS reports and support audits when required.

  10. Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and discipline.
