Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to admitted students from the company database. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Answer inquiries about course details, online classes and other relevant information. Handle and resolve grievances timely. Finding and collaborating with the trainers and onboard them. Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and emails from the students. Achieve both individual and team's desired performance. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends. Moderating the online classes, taking attendance, uploading the class recording

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. (Most Important) Passionate and having genuine interest in helping students succeed. Previous experience in EdTech is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexible with working on weekends (leave or money will be compensated) Tec savvy with proficient knowledge about different learning platforms is an added advantage. Someone who is a quick learner and is willing to take up new challenges and responsibilities
