We are hiring for Customer Service Executives at KOLKATA (SALT LAKE and RAJARHAT )

Salary-Upto 3 LPA (Based on Experience and Communication )

Fresher/ Experienced / Undergraduate/ Graduate all can apply

Working Conditions :

  • Rotational Shift (Day/Night)
  • 5/6 working days
  • Weekly off : Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls inquiries from customers.
  • Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
  • Record customer interactions and update account information accurately .
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate both can apply.
  • Experience / Fresher both can apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a Night Shifts.
