PROCESS- INTERNATIONAL PROCESS

LOCATION- Kolkata(Salt Lake Sec 5)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Resolve queries and concerns of customers from various countries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work on blended processes for international voice support, including inbound process handling.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UG/Graduate/Experience all are eligible.
  • Strong understanding of query resolution techniques and ability to handle complex issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency required.
  • Must be comfortable with the rotational shifts.

SALARY: Upto 3LPA + performance based incentives
