Designation: Customer Service Executive
Job Role: Outbound Voice Process (UK shift)
Making calls to customers & need to do survey.
Candidates are required to be energetic, patient and active listener while speaking to customers over phone.

• Academic Qualification - Minimum of / years Diploma pass. Graduates/Post Graduates may also apply.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge in computer. Shortcut keys, toggling between windows and typing
• Typing Speed – WPM / 85 accuracy.
• Should relocate in Kolkata within the drop zone.
• Candidates should be flexible to work till mid night.
• Age bar – 18 years and above maximum 35 yrs.
