KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle inbound customer queries for leading UK telecom brand

Provide accurate information and timely query resolution

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades/services (Upselling)

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards

Achieve performance targets and KPIs

Maintain professional communication with customers

SALARY & INCENTIVES:

FRESHERS:

  • Monthly Take Home: 15,000
  • Performance Incentives: Lucrative incentive structure

EXPERIENCED (30% Hike on Last CTC):

  • Monthly Take Home: Up to 25,000
  • Monthly CTC: Up to 28,500
  • Performance Incentives: Lucrative incentive structure

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

Strong command over spoken English

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Prior BPO experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving attitude

WORK DETAILS:

  • Shift: Rotational (Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
  • Working Days: 5 Days/Week (2 Rotational Split Offs)
