What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Talk to customers on inbound phone calls (they will call you)
  • Listen to their issues and help solve their problems
  • Share information about telecom services
  • Suggest new services if helpful to the customer
  • Keep call details updated in the system (CRM)
  • Follow basic call center rules and scripts
  • Meet daily targets for call quality and handling time

Who Can Apply (Candidate Requirements)

  • Good spoken English is a must
  • Freshers can apply (no experience needed)
  • If you have worked in a call center before, thats a plus
  • Must be okay with rotational shifts (mostly day shifts)
  • Should be ready to work from the Kolkata office
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
