  7. Product Knowledge:

  9. Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

  10. Problem Resolution:

  15. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and product knowledge.

  22. Education: Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)

  23. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  24. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using chat platforms.

  25. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries with tact and professionalism.

  26. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  27. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
