Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling voice-based customer queries and delivering prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions in a professional manner. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to customer queries, complaints, or requests.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interaction and data handling.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as needed].
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays as per business needs.
- Prior experience in a voice-based customer support role is an advantage (but not mandatory).
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: High School Diploma / 12th Pass
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in any discipline
