Description:
Bdiplus is looking for experienced CRM Managers to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth onboarding process for new clients and providing continuous support to our existing clients. Your role will involve educating clients on the benefits of our ModernX platform and conducting training sessions to enhance their understanding and utilization of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the value of the ModenX platform to potential clients through effective presentations.
- Seamlessly onboard new clients onto the ModenX platform, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to existing clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Educate ModenX clients on the various benefits and features of our platform.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize clients with the usage and functionalities of our applications.
- Conduct regular visits to ModenX user locations to offer personalized in-person support.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Travel to out-of-city locations as required to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in post-sale processes and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
